Brian is one of the founders of Causeway Asset Management. He is an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. His experience encompasses all aspects of property and asset management across a broad spectrum of market sectors on a regional and national basis. Brian has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry and started his career in 1995 with KP Developments subsequently Patann Limited before joining PBN Property Limited (renamed Kilmona Property Ltd) in 2006 as Senior Property Manager.

Chris Joined Loughview Leisure Group in 2013 and was appointed Finance Director in 2015. Chris has been responsible for the finance function of the group's hotel portfolio and has sourced and implemented critical financial control software systems. Chris transitioned into the role of Finance Director at Causeway Asset Management in early 2024.

Patrick is one of the founders of Causeway Asset Management. He is one of Northern Ireland's leading property entrepreneurs and has over 50 years experience in the property development business in both the commercial and residential sectors. In that time, he has completed a varied selection of commercial and residential projects and has gained significant experience in planning and construction in both Northern Ireland and Great Britain. He formed Patann Limited in 1994 and merged it with Castleview Mews Ltd and CDC (NI) Ltd to form PBN Holdings in June 2006, now renamed as Kilmona Holdings Ltd.

Janine has over 11 years' experience in the Belfast residential market including sales, lettings and management. She has held previous roles as sales and lettings manager in various Belfast based residential estate agencies such as Ulster Property Sales, Lough & Quay, Prestige Property and MCW Residential. Janine joined PBN Property Limited as Property Manager in March 2013.

Geraldine Brady is a qualified Accounting Technician with 21 years post qualification experience. She has worked in the accounts department of leading Belfast law firms, C&H Jefferson, Pinsent Masons and O'Reilly Stewart as Legal Secretary, Office Manager and Accounts Manager gaining extensive experience in accounts preparation, credit control, payroll and VAT. She joined PBN Property Limited in 2008 as Assistant Accountant.
